Q: What if I selected and/or shipped the wrong handpiece?
  • If the repair cost is the same, we will repair the handpiece and update it on the website.
  • If the repair cost is different, we will contact you.
Q: What if I selected & paid for multiple handpieces & accidentally didn’t send one or more handpieces on the order?
  • We take pictures of every order received. If the quantity of handpieces sent in is different from the quantity.
  • If submitted online, we will contact you and credit you.
Q: What if I send in a multiple-handpiece order, & there’s a part availability issue that delays one of the handpieces?
  • We will split the order and send you the repaired handpieces.
  • We will also inform you when you can expect the handpiece waiting for a part.
Q: How do I contact a Service Advisor?
  • If you do not have a technician to support your Handpiece Online Order, please email us.
  • If you have a technician who can support your order, please contact them. They can provide immediate assistance.
Q: What if I want to send in a handpiece not found on the website?
  • Please email us with the make and model. We will provide you with a general estimate.
  • If you want to send in the handpiece, you will be asked to pay an estimate fee, which will be credited to your repair if the estimate is approved.
